Grevillea banksii

Dense Queensland shrub is strongly branched. Leaves are pinnate and about 15 to 25cm long with narrow lobes. They are green above and red-hairy beneath. Flowers are red, pink or creamy white and are borne from late winter to spring but also at other times during the year. Grevillea banksii can grow to about 10m tall and 5m wide. Grevilleas are excellent garden candidates across Australia, highly adaptable and bird attracting they include trees, shrubs and groundcovers.
