Evergreen dense spreading shrub (3m x 4m). Hybrid thought to be from G. longifolia from NSW and G. tetragonoloba from WA. Pinnately lobed leaves on horizontal branches. Scarlet red toothbrush-like flowers held horizontally. Useful for a screen, feature, informal hedge or background. Bird attracting. Can be pruned hard to improve wind tolerance and form. Drought tolerant.
